We follow a creative curriculum to encourage children to become independent learners.  We are looking for energetic, innovative teachers that have the ability to provide children with lessons that they will remember for the rest of their academic life.  You must have good communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work on your own initiative.

The Trust also provides staff who have completed their probationary period with £100 towards their gym membership, a well-being day of choice (conditions apply), free eye tests and up to £65 towards glasses and an assistance package which includes legal advice, counselling, financial advice, family advice and much more.

River Mill is a new free school that has opened in the centre of Dartford. We are part of Connect Schools Academy Trust, which is a MAT with six like-minded schools in Dartford, Tonbridge and Bromley. We will be Combining with Compass Academy Trust from September 2024. This enables us to deliver highly effective CPD opportunities and structure for professional development and career progression.
