Cornwallis are seeking a full time, permanent Teacher of Music to join our school from easter onwards. Cornwallis Academy welcomes applications from both ECTs and experienced practitioners.
 
We are delighted to have the rare opportunity to take on a new music teacher who loves teaching and is eager to enthuse our students through practical work. We are looking for a teacher who is excited by teaching music predominantly at Key Stage 3, however, teaching opportunities at Key Stage 4 will be considered for the right candidate. Students receive one hour of music a week throughout year 7-9, and then the option to study music further at GCSE and A Level as an option subject, with a steady flow of students going on to study music further at university. We are looking for a teacher who will bring their own positive attitude and enthusiasm and become a trusted and valued member of the team.
