We currently have a Teacher of Science to join our Science department and contribute to the schools continued success at GCSE, the role will suit either an experienced teacher with an outstanding knowledge of assessment and attainment who is able to use strategies within the classroom to engage learners and raise standards or a newly qualified teacher starting out in their career and looking for a supportive dept. to do this in.
 
We are offering a £3,000 Golden Hello for this role, which will be paid as a one-off lump sum to the successful candidate upon employment commencing with Future Schools Trust. 
 
New Line Learning Academy are proud to be one of the select few schools in the local area eligible for the government’s Levelling Up Premium Payments scheme for teachers. This incredible opportunity allows successful, eligible candidates, specialising in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Computing to claim a premium payment up to the value of £2000 for each of the academic years they work 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026.

 There are opportunities to teach triple science to our Grammar Stream students in addition to Combined Science at GCSE.
 
As a Science Teacher at New Line Academy you will prepare and teach lessons that follow the planned curriculum meeting the needs of all students in your teaching groups. You will teach across both KS3 and 4 & set clear and high expectations of students in line with the schools aims, ethos and values to create a stimulating learning environment for students alike.
