Opportunity for HR Professional with the Schools' Personnel Service

 

SPS Consultancy is the leading HR schools’ consultancy business in Kent and operates across the school and academy spectrum. We are a fast-paced, innovative business that seeks to supply clients with customer-oriented advice and guidance.



We are now pleased to be able to offer an opportunity to a special person – possibly you. Your commercial, customer-focused HR experience will be of great value to us and as part of our highly motivated team, you will be responsible for a group of customers seeking to utilise your practical experience, knowledge of employment law and ability to achieve appropriate outcomes to complex Employee Relations issues.



CIPD qualified or equivalent, with strong technical HR skills and a solid track record as a HR generalist, you will deliver as part of your role our successful programme of training courses to schools and academies and this will play to your strengths in presenting in a confident and professional manner. You will also market the broader range of products we have on offer so your determined, consultative sales style will be an ideal fit.

You will be required to travel to customer premises, of which the majority are based in Kent, and surrounding regions.
