Would you like a chance to have your say on recruitment in Kent Schools?

 

If you have opinions, ideas or feedback on recruitment issues for Kent schools or would just like a chance to get involved then we would love to hear from you.

The Kent Teach team is looking for education professionals from around Kent to participate in a Recruitment Focus Group. The group will discuss issues relating to recruitment of all school staff in Kent, with the aim of ensuring that KCC offers a strong and relevant service to schools. Areas of discussion will include:
 The www.kent-teach.com recruitment platform
 How we can attract quality candidates from outside Kent
 The Kent Proposition
 The School Proposition

Initially this will be a one-off meeting with the potential to meet regularly if the representatives feel that this would be appropriate.

Once the participants have been confirmed we will set a date and venue for the meeting, refreshments will be provided.
