Kent County Council have set up an exit interview programme for teachers to find out why they are leaving their current jobs and/or the profession.

The information collected will be used to inform retention strategies and training opportunities.
All information collected is completely anonymous and we are really interested in your opinion no matter what position you have held in the school.
The information is collected by an external company called TalentDrain who specialise in retention. TalentDrain provide reports to Kent County Council on the overall picture in Kent therefore maintaining the confidentiality of the questionnaire.
